Beautiful Noise

BEAUTIFUL_NOISE_KEY_ART_FLATYou have less than 40 hours (at time of writing this entry) in order to participate in the Beautiful Noise campaign over at Kickstarter. This music documentary by Eric Green, is successfully funded and will be realized, so this may very well be your last chance to get some project related prizes. Beautiful Noise will feature over 50 interviews with influential bands such as The Cure, Billy Corgan, Flaming Lips, Primal Scream, Jesus and Mary Chain, Cocteau Twins, My Bloody Valentine, Sigur Ros, M83, Autolux, Serena Maneesh, Ulrich Schnauss, A Place To Bury Strangers, and so on.

The project has earned the nickname of the shoegaze documentary, since it deals with the 80s and 90s guitar bands which used a prolific amount of effect pedals, thus distorting the sound, and creating a… beautiful noise.

The documentary is nearly completed, however in order to be released to the public, high clearance costs have to be covered, and this is why the creators of the documentary have addressed the public for their assistance in making this 8year project possible.
