Since we are on the subject of music and cinema I will take the opportunity to present Turning, a documentary marrying the performance of Antony and the Johnsons with video portraits of the 13 people who performed on stage at this collaboration. Themes explored in this film include identity, innocence, transcendence, gender issues, metamorphosis, acceptance, will and power.

Turning, a cooperation between Antony and Charles Atlas, will be screened at the IFC Center in New York City, on 16 November, followed by various dates in the UK.
