Casting call in Glasgow

God Help The Girl” is a musical feature film, which will be made in 2012. It is written and is to be directed by Stuart Murdoch, the lead singer of the group Belle And Sebastian.

The filming will take place in Glasgow, Scotland and they are still casting smaller roles and extras in busy background scenes. Fans of the group that want to participate in the shooting, which will have a duration of five weeks starting July 8th can contact them at  ghtgextras@gmail.com including their name, age, a contact number, availability and a recent photograph.

Update: Stuart will also be needing an assistant!

According to him:

this has to be an unpaid post, so i’d be asking for your time in exchange for what could be a pretty good experience for you. but also, and this is key, i’m looking for someone who is familiar with handling screenplays, preferably in the program ‘Final Draft’. So if you’re in the glasgow area, think you can handle it/me (and i can be a b’stard sometimes..) and fancy doing something a bit different for the summer, please apply with cv to godhelpthegirlfilm@gmail.com “
